2010-2011 Board of Directors
The Affairs of Coronado Shores Condominium Association #3
are managed, and its duties & obligations performed by, a Board
of five Directors. The Board is elected each year in June by the
membership of the Association from a slate of members who
volunteer their time and talent to govern the association in
accordance with Governing Documents.
Board Meetings at Las Palmas are generally held once a month in
The Underground (L&R conference room).
A notice/agenda is posted on the Association bulletin board
(upper lobby) at least four days prior to each board meeting.
Agendas and minutes are also available to association members
online or by email. The minutes are posted on this page in the
left column.
All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend board
meetings. If you have a topic you would like to discuss at a
board meeting, please notify the Association Manager 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
