Dear Homeowners:
Today is the day for goodbyes….goodbye spalling repair!
goodbye window washers!
goodbye gondola’s hanging off the building!
Actually, the guys will be here for a few days next week to work on
spalls on the Terrace planters, but after that, the spalling repair will be
finished and I think everyone who has lived through it will say it wasn’t
all that bad!
Goodbye spring and hello summer!!
Concerts in the Park….beach days….summer bbq’s…. (let’s hope we have
better weather than last summer).
